As YPO Business Network Director, Natalia is responsible for the YPO ENTREPRENEURSHIP NETWORK, home for existing and aspiring YPO Entrepreneurs where Members are supported throughout the entire entrepreneurial journey (Ideate, Launch, Scale, Exit), servicing +9500 YPO Members worldwide. Between 2017 and 2021, Natalia led both Digital, Marketing & Media Network and the Sports & Entertainment Industry Network. Responsible for understanding the needs and requirements of the network, building an engaged network community and serving as advocate in the organization's strategy, product development and delivery efforts. At a regional level, Natalia leads the Business Network team in Latin America. As Executive Digital Production Director @ R/GA, Natalia was responsible for leading the Digital Production Department (Project Management, PMO), Off-Shore Operations & PMO in Latin America. Natalia ensured the successful execution of projects and service responsibilities throughout the agency’s global network, by assessing R/GA’s service model which optimizes quality of service and client satisfaction. Prior to R/GA, Natalia acted as Managing & Operations Director at Acceleration WPP developing the Latin America Hub to deliver digital marketing and tech services to U.S.-based companies in partnership with Adobe, Google, DoubleClick, Omniture, ExactTarget and Epsilon. Before Acceleration WPP, Natalia developed the Latin America digital business for Creata, an Australian Kids & Family Marketing Company, leading global & regional projects for Arcor, Coca-Cola, Disney, Dreamworks, EA Sports, Kelloggs, Kraft Foods, McDonald’s, Nestle, and P&G among others. With more than 15 years in the digital marketing industry, Natalia has successfully developed businesses and lead operations across Latin America in addition to taking an active role in industry growth.
