About Richard Graham
Software Engineer with over 16 years experience in real-time safety critical automotive embedded software, primarily with braking and restraints products. My area of expertise is low level firmware for microcontrollers, ASICs, and discrete circuit drivers. I enjoy working at the level where software meets the external world and making efficient use of hardware. It's easy for I/O or OS software to be inefficient if not well understood. I'm passionate about efficiency, about doing more with less, and enjoy the challenge of balancing efficiency with flexibility and reusability. I especially enjoy working with programmable timers within microcontrollers (e.g. TI NHET, Infineon/Bosch GTM MCS). I'm also an owner of a PHEV and I'm very excited to be a part of the future of e-mobility, both as a consumer and as an industry professional.
