I am very thankful to be working within the Zimmer Biomet IT Infrastructure, Technical Services department to attend to their audio/visual needs and to address the increasing need for collaboration within the organization. Confer, LLC now becomes a side-gig. I plan to keep it to work on small projects for companies that would be non-competitive to my employer. Confer, LLC is a Collaborative Video & Creative Services Consulting organization of one...me. It was my passion to get business done by connecting remote individuals with video-centric tools that compelled me to launch the business. Through Confer, I seek to help companies strategically consider, select and implement a collaborative video solution that fits their unique purpose. My interest in collaborative video tools grew out of a need at my last position to connect corporate executives, surgeons and thought leaders with high-quality, full-screen video and/or data when needed. The use cases and locations were diverse and varied from one-to-one to many-to-many including business offices, conference rooms, homes, universities, hotel rooms, ballrooms, restaurants, surgical institutes, hospitals and even automobiles (parked, of course)! Creative Services has been my chosen arena of business and I am very thankful to be able to stand on a demonstrated history in the Medical Device industry. I've been able to accumulate strong management experience in; Video Collaboration, Live Event Production, Studio Production, Streaming Video/Webcasting, Digital Asset Management, Corporate Photography, Digital Literature, Graphic Design, Digital Signage, Meeting Support, Sales Education, Product Marketing, and Medical Device Sales.
