Greg has been involved in all facets of the development process, from identifying new opportunities to overseeing design, permitting, and construction projects. His comprehensive approach ensures that all projects are managed with thorough due diligence and precise underwriting parameters.
Greg West Education and Expertise
Greg West has a robust educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. He furthered his expertise by obtaining two Master of Science degrees from Texas A&M University, specializing in Land Development and Construction Management. This unique combination of accounting and advanced land development skills has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial and logistical aspects of real estate development.

Throughout his career at ZOM, Greg West has been directly responsible for the development of over 20,000 multifamily units. His developmental scope includes projects currently underway, with over 5,400 units in construction or pre-development stages across Florida, Texas, Arizona, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic. His role encompasses overseeing the entire development lifecycle, ensuring projects meet their design, permitting, and construction milestones.
