Kyle Clayton joined ZOM in 2003 as an Investment Analyst. He quickly advanced to the role of Development Manager by 2005. Over the years, he has been deeply involved in market research and underwriting for numerous ZOM development projects. His focus also extended to the conversion and sale of multiple apartment communities across Florida. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Florida, Clayton oversees all development projects within the state.
