Company Background: With 28 years of experience between them, Falmouth Fairfax was founded by two experienced and successful property recruitment professionals, John Clarkson and Lucy Cook, who were previously Directors at a global recruitment company specialising in Real Estate where they both worked for just under ten years. John is a specialist in Development & Construction while Lucy focuses on Real Estate. Having progressed to a senior level in their previous roles, John and Lucy found themselves pulled more and more towards high level management and away from the recruitment role they loved. They also noted an acute absence in the market of truly experienced and knowledgeable professionals who were still running and executing roles, since most experienced consultants in recruitment tend to progress into management-led positions. Hence Falmouth Fairfax was created with an aim to provide a service that combines extensive experience and knowledge in the Property, Development & Construction field, with trusted and pragmatic advice given by two experienced Directors focusing on high level delivery from inception to successful appointment.
