Title and Current Role
Thuong Ta serves as the Chief Animal Caretaker at FOUR PAWS. Beginning this role in 2017, he has been active in promoting animal welfare and implementing practical animal care initiatives. His position involves leading and managing animal care operations to ensure the well-being of various species under the organization’s protection.
Previous Experience
Thuong Ta has held several positions in the animal conservation and development sectors. From 2016 to 2017, he was Leader cum Teacher at The Ramat Negev International Centre for Advanced Agriculture Training in Israel. Prior to that, he worked as a Turtle Conservation Officer for the Asian Turtle Program in Vietnam from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, he has experience as a Data Collector for Full Circle Foundation Hong Kong, Finance and HR Manager at Save Vietnam's Wildlife, and Softskill Lecturer at FPT University.
Education and Academic Background
Thuong Ta graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Arts, completing his studies from 2007 to 2012. His academic background has provided a strong foundation for his roles in conservation and rural development, integrating principles of both natural and social sciences.
