Services
Adults & Children with Learning & Developmental Disabilities provides a continuum of services to children aged 3 to 21. Residential Opportunities
The organization offers residential opportunities for men and women who are prepared to assume a more independent role. These options include homes with and without supervised support services. Day Habilitation
Day Habilitation is a Medicaid Waiver service available through Adults & Children with Learning & Developmental Disabilities. This service provides individuals with a structured path to community participation, helping them to achieve the life goals outlined in their Life Plan and Day Habilitation plan. It emphasizes meaningful engagement and support in daily activities.
Community Trust
Established in 1997, the Community Trust safeguards funds for beneficiaries with disabilities, ensuring that assets placed in the Trust will not affect eligibility for government assistance programs such as SSI and Medicaid. This initiative provides a secure way to manage assets while preserving access to essential benefits.
