Autonomous Medical Devices (AMDI) specializes in developing point-of-care diagnostic devices. They leverage advanced technologies such as microfluidics, protein engineering, and data/cloud connectivity to provide cutting-edge diagnostic solutions. These services include the development of a 10-minute RT-PCR point-of-care system and respiratory panels that can detect up to 32 targets per sample.
Products
AMDI offers several products including the Q-NAb IgG Kit, which is designed for the quantitative detection of neutralizing activity against SARS-CoV-2 for research purposes. This kit uses Fusion Protein technology to mimic the Spike receptor binding domain docked with Human ACE2. Additionally, AMDI's Fast PCR system, which uses Hyperbaric Heating (HBH) technology, can deliver results in less than 10 minutes. Another key product is the AMDI Respiratory Panel, capable of testing for influenza A and B, respiratory syncytial virus, and SARS-CoV-2.
