Blueboard's platform seamlessly integrated with various HRIS systems like AzureAD, BambooHR, CyberArk, Okta, Rippling, Google, JumpCloud, Workday, OneLogin, and SCIM Generic 1.1 and Generic 2.0. This integration enabled the automation and streamlined delivery of rewards based on employee data, making it easier for companies to manage employee incentives and recognition programs.

Concierge Service

Blueboard provided a Concierge service that managed the logistics, scheduling, and support for employees redeeming their experiential rewards. This service ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience for employees, allowing them to fully enjoy their rewards without the burden of arrangements and logistics.

Automated Rewards Programs

Blueboard offered a variety of automated rewards programs tailored to different needs, including Anniversary Awards, Sales Incentives, Spot Recognition, Referral Incentives, Company Values Awards, Wellbeing Gifts, President's Club, and Onboarding Gifts. The Anniversary Engine, for example, automated the delivery of anniversary awards using employee data from integrated HRIS systems.
