Products
Built Robotics' flagship product is the Exosystem™, an autonomous upgrade designed for excavators. The system includes an all-weather enclosure, 360° smart cameras, GPS, and a powerful liquid-cooled computer. The Exosystem enables fully autonomous trenching and is capable of a maximum production rate of 180 feet per hour. It maintains manual operation capabilities and can be installed on most modern excavators from leading manufacturers in less than a day. The Exosystem also includes an 8-layer safety system, RTK GPS for sub-centimeter accuracy, AI-powered collision avoidance, and more.
Exosystem™ Features
The Exosystem™ boasts a variety of features to enhance its operational efficiency. Key features include automatic as-builts generation, support for custom bucket measurements, and the ability to operate in rugged, greenfield locations. It can handle grades up to 10%, unlock double or triple shift capacity on any jobsite, and includes steel and aluminum hardened metals to protect its advanced electronics. Additionally, the system is weather-resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 55°C, and includes smart cameras, geofencing, wireless emergency stops, and continuous real-time monitoring via Guardian™.
Everest™ Command Center
The Everest™ is Built Robotics' cloud-based command center designed to monitor, manage, and operate the Exosystem™. This platform provides real-time production data and automatic cloud backups. It also features a utilization dashboard, remote restart capabilities, 24/7 remote monitoring and security, network redundancies, and complimentary training and installation. The command center is integral to ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of the Exosystem™.
Autonomous Trenching
Built Robotics' Exosystem™ enables fully autonomous trenching with a high degree of precision and efficiency. The system can achieve digging accuracy within 0.1 foot and is capable of a maximum production rate of 180 feet per hour. It supports custom bucket measurements and includes a vibratory hammer to eliminate damage to pile heads during operation. The trenching robot can operate in extreme weather conditions and rugged locations, maintaining production even in challenging environments.
