Acquisitions and Mergers

BWC Terminals has undergone several key acquisitions and mergers to expand its storage capabilities. In January 2023, the company acquired the IMTT Gretna Terminal Facility. This was followed by the acquisition of Blakeley, Chickasaw, and Mobile, Alabama terminals from Zenith Energy in February 2023 and the Savannah, Georgia terminal in June 2023. An earlier acquisition includes the NuStar Texas City Facility in December 2020. Additionally, BWC Terminals merged with Contanda under the leadership of Mike Suder in February 2020.
