The Foundation's significant programs include the Badges for Baseball crime prevention and mentoring initiative, which impacted 30,289 kids in 122 communities in 2023. Another major initiative is the Healthy Lifestyles program, designed with fitness and nutrition curricula, impacting over 13,000 youth at 46 program sites with the help of over 460 mentors.

Youth Development Parks

The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation has successfully built 119 Youth Development Parks in 27 states. These parks serve as essential recreational spaces for youth, providing safe environments for various physical activities and community events.

Summer Camp

The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation's Summer Camp is an all-expense-paid weeklong retreat for outstanding young individuals from across the country. The camp features various activities, including swimming, rock climbing, and ziplining, providing a memorable experience for the participants.
