Services cover mental, physical, and reproductive health via chat, phone, and video appointments. Members have unlimited chat capabilities with the Care Team, on-demand and scheduled visits, as well as referrals for in-person care. The membership also provides access to self-service digital care tools, evidence-based health content, and assistance in healthcare decision-making.
Caraway Membership Benefits
For $45/month or $270/year, Caraway members receive comprehensive healthcare services without additional fees or copays. The membership includes unlimited communication with the Care Team, therapy and coaching sessions, scheduled and on-demand visits, and prescriptions and lab orders when needed. A 7-day free trial is available for new members, along with a Financial Assistance Program for those unable to afford the membership. The services cater to individuals aged 18+ and include a focus on mental, physical, and reproductive health.
Caraway Care Team
Caraway's Care Team comprises experts in various fields including gynecology, primary care, adolescent health, psychiatry, psychology, therapy, and social work. The team is always in constant communication to provide holistic care via a single conversation. Services include birth control counseling, emergency contraception, STI testing and treatment, and medication abortion. The team can also prescribe medicine, order labs, and coordinate in-person care when necessary.

Caraway is available in 14 states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington. The services are designed to be inclusive and cater to women and individuals who were assigned female at birth, but they welcome everyone regardless of gender.

Caraway's services are tailored to meet the needs of Gen Z, with an emphasis on mental, physical, and reproductive health. To enhance service delivery, Caraway partnered with Ash Wellness to offer at-home STI test kits specifically targeting Gen Z. The company raised $16.75 million in Series A funding to further expand its virtual care platform for this demographic.
