How do a cup of coffee and higher education come together to make sense of a career in tech? It’s easy! The creation of moments that matter. Each of these things has human experience at the core, and it is the driver for everything that I do on the People Team today! Through these different journeys I’ve taken, I have morphed into a DEIB leader, culture curator, mentor, scheduling wizard, All-Hands hiring segment celebrity (ok, I’m tooting my own horn here), and champion of the candidate experience. Being able to do what I love at a company that inspires me is more than just luck- it's destiny (ok, I'm just really passionate I guess). In addition to my professional background, I love to cook using fresh ingredients from my garden, get competitive on my Peloton (best covid purchase by the way), read a good book, be a Philz Coffee regular, and explore new places.
