Community Healthlink provides comprehensive services to address mental health, substance use, and homelessness issues. They assist over 22,000 adults, children, and families annually through various programs. Services are accessible via phone, online, and in-person at two walk-in sites located in Worcester and Leominster. Additionally, they offer 24-hour confidential care using a 'Front Door' model to streamline service access.

Community Healthlink is a member of UMass Memorial Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Central Massachusetts. They serve as a clinical partner to the UMass Chan Medical School, enhancing their ability to provide high-quality care backed by academic research and advanced medical expertise.

Programs and Initiatives

Community Healthlink runs several notable programs, including the 'Together for Kids' program which received a $600,000 grant from the Healey-Driscoll Administration. They also sponsor the 'Out of The Darkness Suicide Prevention 5K Walk' to promote mental health awareness.
