Maintain ongoing relationship with vendors and Partners to ensure operational excellence in the daily production support activities, including Issue triage, issue management, small enhancements, systems maintenance, and data feed optimization across the 100+ feeds, and API integration with the 27 partners. • Work with stakeholders (cross functional teams consisting of Engineering, Operations Support, Marketing, Security, and Compliance etc) to review new requirements, provide guidance to the business, prioritize requests and create the delivery roadmap and schedule.
