Company History
CSC Generation was founded in 2016. Since its inception, the company has focused on acquiring and transforming retailers into high-performing, digital-first, consumer-centric businesses. The first brand to join CSC Generation was DirectBuy in February 2017. Over the years, CSC Generation expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of One Kings Lane in 2020, Sur La Table out of bankruptcy, and 50% of Home Consignment Center. In 2022, they added Touch of Modern in May and Cherry Man Industries in August. As of May 2023, CSC Generation has a portfolio of nine brands.

DirectBuy operates as a members-only savings club that guarantees the best prices on home and lifestyle products.
