Earlier in her career, she worked at Arnold & Porter LLP as the Director of Professional Development, where she managed recruitment, diversity, and alumni relations from 2003 to 2009.

She created the OnRamp Fellowship, recognized as the first 'Returnship' program in law firms, which connects women returning to the legal field with prestigious organizations.
