HydraGEN™ Technology
HydraGEN™ Technology uses simple electrolysis to turn distilled water into hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) gases on demand. The technology has been thoroughly validated through both on-road and accredited third-party testing. It has proven capabilities to reduce fuel consumption by up to 10% and significantly lower emissions of NOx, CO, CO2, and particulate matter. HydraGEN™ units are designed for use with internal combustion engines in industries such as trucking, busing, construction, power generation, and mining.
Emission Reduction Capabilities
HydraGEN™ Technology can achieve significant reductions in various emissions: up to 88.7% in NOx emissions, up to 46.7% in CO emissions, up to 9.6% in CO2 emissions, up to 57.1% in THC emissions, and up to 55.3% in particulate matter. These reductions contribute to overall better air quality and compliance with environmental regulations.
Operational Benefits
Apart from environmental benefits, HydraGEN™ Technology offers multiple operational advantages such as increased engine power and torque, extended engine and oil life, and reduced maintenance costs. It can lower the consumption of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) by up to 60% and extend the replacement period of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) by at least 33%.
