Endless West

Endless West

Endless West utilizes molecular science to create spirits, offering services in bulk spirits, packaged brands, and concentrates, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.

Services

Endless West offers three primary services: Bulk Spirits, Packaged Brands, and Concentrates. The company uses molecular science to produce spirits that meet specific visions for their clients. With ready-for-market turnkey brands, Endless West also provides a comprehensive catalog of TTB-approved spirits. The technology used by Endless West enables a more sustainable production process, utilizing less water and land, while leaving a smaller CO2 footprint than traditional methods.

Products

Endless West produces a variety of spirits inspired by categories recognized by the federal Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), including Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey, and Brandy. Their Glyph whiskey showcases their ability to use molecular composition to create traditional flavors while significantly reducing environmental impact. Packaged brands include Henry's Hammer, La Iguana Dorada, Lakes & Dunes, and Lake Lore. Partner brands include Badger Claw, Thomas Ashbourne, and UME Plum Liqueur.

Production Capabilities

The company's production capabilities range from small-scale batches of industry-standard totes (265 gallons) to large quantities in tanker trucks (7,000 gallons or more). Bulk liquids are shipped at either 120 proof or an 'optimal proof,' typically between 80 to 86 proof. Their production lead times are usually between 4 to 6 weeks for initial orders. Additionally, their concentrates are shipped at 10x the flavoring profile and are designed to be diluted with water and Grain Neutral Spirits (GNS) upon receipt.

Sustainability

Endless West employs sustainable practices in their spirit production. Their processes eliminate the majority of traditional distillation and aging steps, reducing land usage, CO2 emissions, and water consumption. For example, producing Glyph whiskey uses 94% less water and 87% less CO2 emissions compared to traditional whiskey. Their tequila production notably uses 100% less non-renewable energy and minerals, 93% less greenhouse gas emissions, and 26% less land. Bulk bourbon production results in 92% less greenhouse gas emissions and 64% less land usage.
