Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP) was established to provide endodontic practices with the resources needed for growth and clinical excellence. The organization has expanded significantly, partnering with 14 private practice affiliates in Oregon and Washington and entering the Texas market with North Dallas Endodontics, an 11-location practice. Recently, EPP secured a $100 million debt facility from Twin Brook Capital Partners, followed by an increased senior debt facility from TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners to support their expansion and strategic initiatives.
