ERI provides a wide range of services including electronics and IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, data destruction, OEM compliance, data center services, and PV/solar management. ERI also offers a secure electronics mail-back program, full truckload (FTL) and less than truckload (LTL) logistics, and redeployment services such as diagnostic testing and equipment storage.
Global Network
ERI has established an international network encompassing 46 countries with over 100 vetted and certified facilities. This extensive network allows ERI to offer global coverage to its clients, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and environmental regulations no matter the location.
Certifications
ERI holds the highest level of certifications for data destruction and responsible recycling. It is the only provider in the United States to have all eight of its facilities certified by both NAID and e-Stewards. This underscores ERI's commitment to high standards in data protection and environmental responsibility.
Environmental Impact
In 2023, ERI processed 123.98 million pounds of electronics, diverted 3.6 million pounds for reuse, and responsibly recycled 120.39 million pounds. Proprietary Technology
ERI utilizes several proprietary technologies to enhance its operations. This includes Optech™, an online portal that provides real-time transparency into a client's account activity, and proprietary glass-cleaning technology for in-house recycling of glass. ERI also boasts the largest and most efficient shredder in North America, capable of processing over 15,000 pounds of electronic waste per hour.
