Finlay Minerals
Finlay Minerals is a mining company focused on exploring and developing base and precious metal deposits across three properties in northern British Columbia: Silver Hope, ATTY, and PIL Gold.
Company Overview
Finlay Minerals is dedicated to the exploration and development of high-value base and precious metal deposits in northern British Columbia. The company operates three main properties: Silver Hope, ATTY, and PIL Gold. Finlay Minerals aims to leverage these properties to uncover significant mineral resources through systematic exploration.
Silver Hope Property
The Silver Hope Property, which surrounds the past-producing Equity Silver Mine, covers an area of 213.11 km². This property includes advanced targets such as the Hope, Superstition, and Gaul zones within the Main Horizon. In addition to these targets, Silver Hope comprises the West Horizon Cu-Mo Porphyry and various mineral occurrences like the Sam Ag+Zn bearing breccia.
ATTY Property
The ATTY Property spans 33.93 km² in the southern Toodoggone region and is adjacent to Centerra Gold’s Kemess Property. This property includes the KEM target, known for its similarities to the Kemess North Trend, which hosts significant porphyry Cu-Au ± Ag deposits. Exploring and developing this area is central to Finlay Minerals' strategy.
PIL Gold Property
The PIL Gold Property, which covers 170 km² in the Toodoggone region, is currently under a 5-year option agreement with Cascadia Minerals Ltd. This agreement allows Cascadia to acquire a 70% interest in the property by making certain payments and exploration expenditures. The PIL Gold Property hosts several targets of porphyry Cu-Au ± Ag and associated epithermal Au-Ag mineralization, making it a significant focus for potential resource development.
