Courses range in duration from 6 to 11 months, with classes held for 2 hours a day, 3 to 6 days a week. The curriculum includes training in effective communication skills, grooming, hospitality, computerized reservation systems, travel management, personality development, customer relationship management, and interviewing skills. Additionally, practical sessions and training on widely used computerized reservation systems are integral parts of the programs.
