About Doug Mc Allister

As the President/CEO of the McAllister Strategic Group, Doug McAllister helps companies navigate the strategy to stand up their business verticals around good people, products and concepts. In that capacity he has served as the President of Paradyme Investments, a full-service private equity firm focused on all aspects of real estate finance, since June 2019. Prior to that, he served as Paradyme’s Vice President from February 2019. He is also currently an Associate Realtor? with The Davis Realty Group. In 2004, Doug founded the McAllister Strategic Group. He brings his wealth of experiences to bear, advising startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies on evaluating, supporting, and facilitating projects, to date representing well over a billion dollars of private and public funds. In 2008 he was recruited to be the Director of Government and External Affairs at Verizon Telecommunications, Inc. where he served until 2011 as Verizon's 'face' for most of Southern California, all of Arizona, and the lower half of Nevada. Doug continued to preside over the McAllister Strategic Group, Inc. as well. From 1995 to 2004, Doug was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glass Blasters, Inc., a full-service custom luxury products and awards firm that earned the title “Business of the Year” in 2001 and 2003 from the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and Citizen of the Year for the City of Murrieta in 2004. Doug was involved in numerous community and charitable positions. He served as pastor from 1981 to 1993 in churches in Indiana, Missouri, California, Arizona, and Brisbane, Australia. He also served as the Mayor of Murrieta, California in 2008 and 2012, served on the City Council of Murrieta, California from 2003 to 2013, as President of the Riverside Division of the California League of Cities as well as Chairman of the Riverside Transit Agency in 2012. Doug holds a B.A. from Ozark Christian College and an M.A. from Hope International University’s Graduate School of Church Dynamics with a focus on organizational management and leadership. He is the author of The Sovereign Principles and Matter to the Mission. Today, Doug brings the broad array of his experience flowing through the McAllister Strategic Group, Paradyme, and The Davis Realty Group, the 1-2-3 punch of get-it-done, to the table for those looking to build wealth through real estate investment.
