The 8-week Incubator Program aids early-stage entrepreneurs in refining their startup ideas and has helped over 50 companies since 2020. The Pre-accelerator Program prepares select San Antonio startups for early-stage investments. The Startup Bootcamp equips participants with a completed lean canvas, a beginner's pitch deck, and mentoring time. Additionally, Geekdom invests in their members through the Community Fund and supports women-led businesses with the Women Founders Network.

The organization carries a vision of launching the next 500 startups in 10 years, with a goal of having at least 75% of them based in San Antonio.
