Some notable acquisitions include the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino, Aquarius Casino Resort, and Arizona Charlie's Decatur and Boulder from American Casino & Entertainment Properties in 2017. In recent years, the company has divested certain assets, such as selling the Rocky Gap Casino Resort to Century Casinos & VICI Properties in 2023. Additionally, they sold their third-party distributed gaming operations in Montana to J&J Ventures in 2023, with Nevada operations set to follow in 2024.
