GBL Ventures, a division formed in 2021, focuses on creating innovative user-centric workplace technologies for labor-intensive manufacturing environments. Products include INACHE, an anonymized worker voice and communication tool, and STITCH, a soft skills training program for supervisors that also promotes the best candidates for managerial roles by removing bias from the screening process.
