The organization also focuses on accessible healthcare by offering financial assistance, insurance enrollment services, and a Patient-Centered Medical Home model to ensure coordinated and quality care.
Mobile Health Center
HealthNet operates a Mobile Health Center that brings primary care and mental health services to underserved areas in Marion, Monroe, and Morgan County. This mobile unit ensures that individuals who may not have easy access to healthcare facilities can receive necessary medical assistance. Services include general health check-ups, mental health evaluations, and other essential health services on the go.
Homeless Initiative Program
The Homeless Initiative Program by HealthNet works from two locations: 901 Shelby Street in Indianapolis and 822 West 1st Street in Bloomington. This program aims to provide healthcare and supportive services to the homeless population, addressing issues such as medical care, mental health, and social services. School-Based Services
