Earlier, Dana was Manager in Charge/Editor in Chief at Front Row Publishing and Media Services from 2007 to 2017, and Programme Officer at UNICEF from 2003 to 2007. Dana started as an Account Executive at AFKAR Promoseven, a position held from 1999 to 2003 in Jordan.

Dana Baradei holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State University, completed between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Dana has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from Al Ahliyya Amman University, completed between 1994 and 1999.
