Dheeraj Nagpal is currently working as the Executive Director, Global Finance Shared Services at Infobip, based in Zagreb, City of Zagreb, Croatia. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing finance operations across multiple geographies, ensuring the smooth functioning of shared service functions. Presently, he is co-leading the establishment of global finance policies, procedures, and processes to prepare Infobip for an IPO at NYSE, overseeing operations across Bogota, Mumbai, and Zagreb.

Prior to his current role, Dheeraj Nagpal held several key positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Senior Director, Finance Operations - Europe & North America, based in Zagreb, Croatia. Earlier, from 2016 to 2019, he was the Senior Director, Finance Operations - Europe, operating out of Madrid, Spain, and Zagreb, Croatia. He initially joined Teva as the Head of Finance Shared Services Center from 2014 to 2016 in Mumbai, India. During his tenure, he implemented LEAN methodology and continuous improvement strategies that led to significant cost reductions and business growth.
Experience at Siemens
Dheeraj Nagpal's tenure at Siemens included several high-responsibility roles. As Assistant General Manager Finance Operations from 2011 to 2013 in Bangalore, India, he consolidated finance operations from over 20 locations to a single site within one year. He also rolled out a single instance SAP system. Earlier, he served as Senior Manager Finance Operations from 2009 to 2010 and as Finance Operations Manager from 2007 to 2008 in Bangalore. He started his journey with Siemens as Principal Consultant from 2005 to 2006 in Mumbai, India, playing a key role in transforming the Purchase-to-Pay process for North and South Americas.
Educational Background
Dheeraj Nagpal is a Chartered Accountant, having studied Accounting and Finance at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors (B.Com.) in Accounting from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Delhi University. His academic journey began at BBPS, Ganga Ram. His education laid a strong foundation for his extensive career in finance and operations management.
Early Career Roles
Before stepping into senior management roles, Dheeraj Nagpal gained substantial experience at various respected organizations. He worked at EY as an Audit Executive from 1998 to 2001 in New Delhi, India. This was followed by a role as Assistant Manager at GE from 2003 to 2005 in Gurugram, India. He then joined Siemens in multiple roles before moving on to HSBC as Assistant Vice President for a brief period in 2013 in Gurugram.
