History

JetPartsEngineering was founded in 1994 in Seattle, Washington. Over the years, the company has strategically grown through acquisitions, starting with Alloytek Engineering in Alabama in 2001. JetPartsEngineering further expanded by acquiring Falcon Air Research in New York in 2009 and engine PMAs from Scottsdale Engineering in 2010. The headquarters moved to its current facility in Seattle in 2011. The company continued its growth by founding PG Aerotech in 2012 as a DER repair solution and launching a new Ecommerce platform in 2017. In 2020, JetPartsEngineering acquired Aero Parts Mart and Aerospares, followed by Airline Component Parts and Northeast Aero Compressor in 2022.
