Vineet Ranjan serves as the Head of Risk and Strategic Alliances at Kosh, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, he is responsible for managing risk exposure through continuous credit monitoring and ensuring adherence to credit policies. He plays a key role in defining the growth strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for FY23, which includes setting objectives and key result areas. Following this, he joined Moody's Analytics as a Delivery Manager for a brief period in 2019. He then held the position of Associate Vice President at OakNorth from 2019 to 2022, before returning to OakNorth as Deputy Vice President from 2022 to 2023. His earlier roles include working as a Credit Analyst at Kotak Mahindra Bank and as a Senior Associate Analyst at ICRA.

Vineet Ranjan studied Finance and Financial Management Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, where he earned a PGDM in Finance from 2010 to 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, completed from 2006 to 2009. He is currently a CFA Level 3 Candidate, having pursued studies at the CFA Institute since 2018. Additionally, he has achieved the CAIIB designation from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
