Company History
MAI Capital Management was originally established as Investment Advisors International, Inc. in 1973. In 2004, the firm became independent of IMG, and in 2021, it was acquired by Galway Holdings, LP to support future growth and ongoing M&A plans. The firm celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2023, marking half a century of service in the wealth management industry.
