MANA de San Diego offers a variety of programs to support Latinas. The College Success Program aids Latinas in higher education, while the Hermanitas Youth Leadership Mentorship Program guides young Latinas through mentorship. Also, the Latina Success Leadership Program (LSLP) focuses on workforce advancement, and the MANA De San Diego Scholarship Program offers up to $90,000 annually to students. Additionally, the organization provides a Work-Force Training program that is virtual and self-paced.
