The South Tower offers 200,000 square feet of labs and offices, including the MaRS Incubator with furnished offices, lab space, meeting rooms, and kitchen space. The Princess Margaret Cancer Research Tower features more than 400,000 square feet of state-of-the-art wet labs. Additionally, MaRS Waterfront provides high-tech workspaces in partnership with the University of Toronto and Menkes.
