NCX

Landowner Webinar Series
NCX offers a monthly landowner webinar series on the last Thursday of each month at 4pm ET/1pm PT. These webinars provide an opportunity for landowners to learn more about the various natural capital programs available, how to manage their land, and ways to generate income. The series offers practical advice and insights to help landowners maximize the value of their land.
Land Management and Income Generation Programs
NCX provides over 70 programs designed to help landowners discover the true value of their land and generate income. Key programs include bio-enhanced reforestation, woodland enhancement, timber lease, and community solar. These programs cater to different needs, from planting bio-enhanced poplar seedlings to actively managing family forests, covering the costs of timber operations in exchange for revenue share, and transforming unproductive land into profitable solar projects.
Platform for Engaging with Natural Capital Programs
NCX offers a comprehensive platform for landowners to engage with natural capital programs. The platform facilitates the discovery, comparison, and selection of programs through a '5 Simple Steps' process. It aims to make it easy for landowners to understand the options available and make informed decisions that benefit both their land and their financial interests.
Financial Support and Incentives for Landowners
NCX has paid $20M to landowners and serves 22,000 landowners across 34 million acres. A notable incentive includes a signing bonus of up to $500 for landowners who sign a qualifying contract with a program partner. These financial supports and incentives are part of NCX's commitment to helping landowners realize the full potential of their land.
Press Room and Media Resources
NCX hosts a press room dedicated to media inquiries and information. It provides brand assets such as NCX logos, brand guidelines, and print-quality photography. The section also includes information on spokespersons available to media, making it easier for journalists and media professionals to get in touch and access the resources they need.
