Openpay has ceased allowing new purchases and transitioned to recoveriescorp for managing customer accounts and repayments.
Current Customer Service Status
Customers can no longer use the Openpay platform for any new purchases. The company's services related to mobile applications, consumer login, and customer support are no longer available. New account management details will be provided by recoveriescorp.
Obligations for Existing Customers
Existing customers of Openpay are still obligated to pay any outstanding balances in accordance with their existing agreements. These payments will now be managed by recoveriescorp.
Management Transition to recoveriescorp
Openpay has transitioned the management of customer accounts to recoveriescorp. It plans to complete the repayment process of the plans through this new management. Customers will receive new account details via emails from recoveriescorp on Thursday, 15th June.
