PACE Organization of Rhode Island (PACE-RI) is a not-for-profit health plan dedicated to providing comprehensive care for qualifying adults aged 55 and older. The organization's individualized care plans cater to each participant's needs through a variety of services delivered at home, health clinics, day centers, and more. Since its inception in 2005, PACE-RI has served over 2,000 participants and their families throughout Rhode Island.
Services Offered by PACE RI
PACE-RI offers a wide range of services to its participants, including primary care, nursing, prescriptions, nutrition, rehabilitation, home care, transportation, social work, life enrichment, specialty care, and behavioral health. Day centers provide a variety of activities such as exercise classes, card games, and painting sessions. Additionally, home health care services address specific conditions such as heart failure, diabetes, COPD, and post-operative care. Specialized memory care services are available for seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
PACE RI Locations
PACE-RI operates across the state of Rhode Island, excluding Block Island and Prudence Island, with four main centers. The new flagship center and headquarters are located in East Providence. In 2019, PACE-RI partnered with St. Clare Newport to extend day center and health care services to residents of Aquidneck Island and nearby regions.

PACE-RI employs a diverse team of 173 staff members who collectively speak nine languages. This multilingual capacity ensures better communication and personalized care for participants from varied linguistic backgrounds. The organization's holistic approach focuses on addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
PACE RI Partnerships and Recognition
In 2019, PACE-RI partnered with St. Clare Newport to enhance service offerings to Aquidneck Island residents. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed; in 2020, Providence Business News recognized PACE-RI as one of the fastest-growing companies in Rhode Island.
