Ramsey Industries was founded in 1944 initially as Ramsey Brothers Tool & Die. A significant progression in their journey includes integrating corporate offices and manufacturing into a state-of-the-art facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2009. The company entered an investment partnership with Norwest Equity Partners in 2017. Ramsey Winch, one of its key units, has evolved from its original establishment to become a leader in both hydraulic and electric, worm gear, and planetary gear winches and planetary hoists.

Auto Crane Products

Auto Crane is a division of Ramsey Industries that designs and manufactures work truck bodies and accessories with a focus on safety, reliability, and productivity. Auto Crane created the first mobile field service crane in 1958. The company developed the first electric cable crane in 1970 and introduced the first fully hydraulic service crane in 1988. In 2003, Auto Crane designed and patented the Titan Service Crane Body, and in 2010, they introduced the patented, award-winning NexStar Crane Management System.
