Gemini PLDs
Rapid Silicon's debut Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), codenamed Gemini, are constructed with high integration in mind on TSMC’s 16nm FF process. They feature FPGA fabric elements such as 6-input fracturable LUTs, DSP blocks, true dual-port block RAM, and include hardened RISC-V and dual-core ARM A53 processors. Gemini also boasts a high-performance 2166 Mbps external memory controller and 16.3125 Gbps transceivers with hard PCI Express Gen-4 and Ethernet controllers.
Raptor Design Suite
The Raptor Design Suite is Rapid Silicon's commercial FPGA Electronic Design Automation (EDA) environment, which is the first in the industry based on end-to-end open-source software. This suite integrates tools such as YoSYS for synthesis, VPR for placement and routing, OpenSTA for timing analysis, and Verilator for simulation, enhancing the design process efficiency and effectiveness.
