The Introduction to Healthcare Employment and Apprenticeship Program (IHAP) is a two-part employment program focused on the healthcare sector. Additionally, the organization provides a six-month training program in green stormwater infrastructure through the Seattle Opportunity Work (SOW) Corps and offers digital literacy training via the Digital Bridge program, which includes free laptops, hotspots, and internet access.
