Solerity was founded in 1991, initially focusing on providing IT and engineering services to the commercial market. Their mission shifted in 1998 to encompass IT, engineering, and program management services for Government agencies. In September 2007, Solerity was recapitalized by CM Equity Partners and its affiliates.

Solerity offers a variety of services including Systems & Software Engineering, Data Analytics & High-Performance Computing, Cyber Security & Cloud Mission Support, and Acquisition & Program Support.
