Products
Suitera offers a tool called MOReal™ that significantly reduces the massive netlists generated by extraction tools in analog, RF, and digital IC design flows. MOReal™ can achieve reduction ratios up to 1000x and produces highly accurate reduced models with pre-specified errors. Employing a fast, massively parallel reduction algorithm, MOReal™ enables simulations that typically take weeks to be completed in hours. It supports various parasitic network representations and fits seamlessly into both analog and digital design flows. Another product, SuiGEM, is forthcoming.
MOReal™ Features
MOReal™ is a powerful tool that supports the reduction of circuits from DC to the terahertz range and does not require PDK or layout files. It can handle gigantic file sizes and be deployed on cost-effective, low-memory bandwidth machines. MOReal™ is compatible with simulators like Cadence Virtuoso and Multisim, and it improves simulation times by producing reduced circuits with better conditioning properties. Moreover, MOReal™ employs advanced memory optimization techniques and supports different model order reduction modes based on the frequency range of interest.
