History of Survios
Survios, a leading global VR gaming studio, was founded in 2013 after acquiring seed funding. The company made its first splash in the VR industry with the development of Zombies on the Holodeck in 2014, which won three Proto Awards. In 2016, Survios' VR game Raw Data achieved remarkable success by becoming the first VR game to hit $1M in sales within one month of release. The studio has continued to expand its reach and influence in the gaming industry, establishing a joint venture with NetEase called Netvios to distribute VR games in China. Survios reached a major milestone in 2020 by selling 1 million units.
