Tacombi was founded in 2006 on the beaches of the Yucatán and opened its first taqueria in a garage in downtown New York in 2010. Since then, Tacombi has expanded to multiple locations, including New York, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and Chicago.
