She was the Section Head of Customer Relations from 2006 to 2008, the Manager of Communications from 2008 to 2013, and held several director-level positions, including Director of Conservation Marketing and Alliances from 2016 to 2018, Director of Stakeholder and Public Affairs from 2014 to 2016, and Director of Market Renewal - Capacity Integration from 2018 to 2019.

Alexandra Campbell studied at the University of Waterloo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Chemistry. This educational background provides her with a strong foundation in scientific principles, which she applies in her professional roles.

Before her tenure at IESO, Alexandra Campbell worked as a Policy Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change from 1998 to 2000.
