In 1995, the company expanded into commercial HVAC and refrigeration project construction and installation. In 1998, they vertically integrated their sheet metal fabrication. Temp-Con was acquired by Centerfield Capital and Caymus Equity in 2018, further expanding their capabilities. In 2019, they acquired Cobb Refrigeration.
