The Mission Continues offers several key services aimed at helping military veterans transition to civilian life while making a positive impact in under-resourced communities. Additionally, a substantial grant of $10M from MacKenzie Scott has further bolstered their capability to serve under-resourced communities and support veterans.

Veteran Training and Development Programs

The Mission Continues provides various training and development programs specifically tailored for veterans. The Veteran Online Leadership Training (VOLT) focuses on community leadership and personal development. There is also a Service Leadership Corps program that trains veterans to lead service platoons. The Women Veterans Leadership Program has seen significant engagement, with almost 4,200 applications in just four years.

Another key initiative is their podcast, Boots On The Ground, which discusses issues affecting veterans and their communities.
